SLR is sad to report that Syko died in a one car accident a little after midnight on November 17th, 2018 in Everett, WA when he lost control of the vehicle he was driving. He was not under the influence and it is suspected that the car experienced some sort of mechanical/accelerator malfunction that caused the vehicle to accelerate out of control.

We’re also sad to report the passing of Popsykle. Pop was a member of the legendary Central District rap group Self Tightld and a longtime SLR collaborator. Ironically, he also lost control of his vehicle, crashed and died on December 30th, 2018.

Both Syko and Popsykle will be dearly missed. Our hearts go out to their families and children.
